Recently I received 2 e-mails from Shaw claiming that some of my incoming mail was accidently deleted. To find out where the mail was from I had to read further and still did not find out anything. The link only took me to complaints from others.
This is the first time I received notices like this and why now is there a problem? A family member has passed away and I have tried to get in touch with relatives from Europe and I will not know if they received my mail or replied.
This is not meant for a discussion forum and I don't think anyone needs to get points for answering me. I have tried to get in touch with whomever handles the e-mails here at Shaw.
Can you tell me exactly from whom the mails were that were accidently deleted? I do get a lot of junk mail and those I don't care about but I do need to know if my mail went through to Europe regarding a death notice.
I am disappointed to say the least!
