Free Range on Wifi and Cellular data (full bars) is giving me these errors and is cutting out if I manage to get it streaming.
Is there an issue with free range?

narci feel free to use a 3rd party image hosting site so I can send the examples up to our video engineers. Can you give the web version a test on a PC so we can rule that out?

Is there an update? I am still getting this on my iPad if I try and change channels. Hard quit the app and go back in is the way around it.
I haven't seen any other reports of this issue. Are you only noticing this on your iPad or does it also happen on the web version of FreeRange TV? Are your iPad and the FreeRange TV app software the most updated versions?

Web version is totally fine, as is my iPhone.
alozier Hmm, that is very odd as it is working as expected on your iPhone but not the iPad. I will recommend reaching out to our technical support team members to see if they are able to refresh your account or submit a ticket to our engineers to review if there are any backend issues with your account.
