I recently got an Arris XB6 from Shaw. Today, I wanted to log on to my TP-Link RE450 (AC1750) to check various things.
I cannot do so. Neither the default TP-Link IP address, website name nor the RE450's Arris IP provide a log on.
The extender works fine, and various devices can log on as required to its extended network. But I now have no administrative control over it.
I do understand that Shaw will not support extender problems. Has anyone on this forum had a similar issue, and found a solution?
