As my prospective daughter-in-law sent me an itinerary on March 8 at 9:09 a.m. for her trip to Panama and I have not yet received the email due to Shaw's "issue", how do you propose that I access the itinerary when she is now out of range in Panama?
Sorry to hear about the itinerary. You should get a notice from us that will show the details of the email that was sent or missed, over the next few days. We do see this as an inconvenience for you but, are you able to request the itinerary re-sent from your daughter-in-law? Most airline companies will have it on their site after login or perhaps she still has the email and can re-seand it to you.
As I did not receive the itinerary due to Shaw's "outage", I do not know what airline she used, what accommodations she is staying in, etc. .. J
