Like many others, I am missing email confirmation on some financial transactions that I conducted using my shaw email as a verification address. I have a gmail account but trusted Shaw to provide reliable service which they have done for the 8 years that I have been a customer. However, their lack of proper, timely response and the loss of my email in addition to the lack of a defined recovery process causes me to seriously doubt their competence. Shaw, we need our email back! Please advise us what you plan to do about this other than send useless lists! The onus to retrieve our lost email lies with you! What is your next move?
