E-mail service disruption

It's unfortunate that the disruption took place.  What is unacceptable is the it took Shaw to alert me of the problem.  I received your e-mail (date and time stamped) today, March 9, 2013, 5:23 PM.  That is TWO days after the event! Unacceptable.
