WE are getting pixels and sound interuptions on Global and AMC ... Is it a problem for others or our box?
I've watched Global tonight and not seen any, which station are you watching (channel number, SD or HD)? Which city are you in?
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble that you've been experiencing with the reception on those channels. Have you had a chance to try the steps outlined in this document: How to troubleshoot poor picture quality / pixelation? If you're still noticing reception problems after trying these steps, please let me know and we can investigate further.
Hi, We had the same type of problem, (see: "Picture and sound loss"). I never did receive a fix and since I reported it the trouble has migrated to live shows now; at first a couple of channels and now quite a few channels. I have ordered a new box to fix this problem. I wish you luck.
This is just a followup to my last posting...received the new box, (Gateway) Problem gone, but, what an expensive fix! Oh well! If you watch a lot of shows & movies like we do, it has to be worth it. I consider it part of our monthly budget for entertainment. $16.00/month isn't all that bad, considering.
nutznhoney that really sounded like you were having a signal issue, hopefully the installers found the issue and corrected it
