I would like to know how Shaw is planning on compensating customers for the lost emails.  I for one lost an email containing an important and time sensitive document from the Residential Tenancy Branch.  Upon letting them know that their email never made it to me I was notified that a resend will take up to 5 business days......This might be the time to switch providers for all my services...a veryunhappy customer.
