I have just STARTED receiving emails letting me know that I haven't received ANY of my emails from 3 days ago! I have already a dozen emails saying that they have ALL been deleted! I hope I will be compensated for this HUGE set back.
My apologies that we did not see your post sooner. As the email incident has now been fully resolved, we are currently dealing with specific cases over concerns of any emails that may have been lost due to this on a one-on-one basis.
