Intuit does not provide an email address for its customers; therefore, I cannot forward the message to them regarding Shaw's "outage" and explaining why I did not receive the messages that were sent to me by Intuit on March 7th to access the software that I purchased. If Shaw would have let me know on March 7th that this problem was occuring, I would NOT have ordered the software which I now cannot access - thanks to Shaw.
