terrible customer service

dealing with shaw technical support people is truly pathetic. they do not know anything about the problems i call about, one person even laughed at me. most of the time you cannot reach anyone by phone or chat. they should sell to rogers and bell and get out of the tv and internet business. it is clear they do not give a damn about customers. they have cut back on staff  so their shareholders can make even more money off of us customers.
