I am currently running an advertising campaign in the Edmonton Sun,Kijiji and Facebook and have lost clients and revenue over this and frankly an email saying your sincerely sorry doesnt cut it.How can you not have redundancy built in???? You are a provider.

 

I have lost business because of your lack of due diligence and neglect for your clients.I dont want email apologies I want compensation.
