I live at a condo that once had bulk shaw service...I had an old email associated with that account that still exists; I'm trying to transfer it to my current account at the same address. But when I called customer service I really didn't get much help. Is this something that is no longer offered? When I worked at Shaw there was a tool that an agent could look up an email find the account associated with it...and say something like..ohh that's on a closed account that belongs to X...they'll need to call in to approve the transfer.
I called today and was told this was basically impossible. Is that true?
