Whats Happened to Shaw's Service

My 3510 cable box says "Not Subscribed" message.  Tried phone for 1/2 hour, on hold saying use chat. Went on my computer used chat and still waiting for someone another 25 min.  Cant wait a hour for someone to get info from.

Sure didn't long for me to notice my monthly bill had gone up.  Only been a Shaw customer here in Saskatoon for 22+ years and several in Swift Current before that..
