Thank you for reaching out! There can be several reasons to why you are noticing the internet drop off. Based on what you are saying it may be signal related. Some troubleshooting steps should be able to resolve that. I'd recommend trying some of the steps here. Also, try reseating your coax cable connections by unplugging them from the modem, splitter and wall outlet while the modem's power is unplugged. Plug them back in tightly, and power on the modem. If you continue to experience the same drop in service, your best bet is to touch base with our technical support members to investigate further or schedule a service technician.
