BlueSky Box Issues

I was having issues with On Demand and Netflix stuttering so I had a tech visit.  He replaced the box and now the new box is 10 times worse, pixelating on all PVR recordings which was not even an issue.  Went on chat and of course was told they would have to send another tech in to fix the problem that they 6 days.  In the meantime I can't even watch PVR recordings.  Talking to customer service is like talking to a robot and at this point I am counting the days until I can switch to Telus.  Horrible customer service.
