using shaw 300 and never get over 100

what could I do too improve this ? I am quite educated on how too maximize my internet . my download is seriously 1mb right now .

Hey alleviatez,

Thank you for reaching out! It may be a device limitation, are you noticing this with just one device directly connected through ethernet to the modem or are you seeing the same speeds over WiFi? If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend trying some of the troubleshooting steps here. Keep me posted.
