When I log into Shaw FreeRange, I can see the shows that have recorded since the upgrade on March 20th but not any of the shows already on my PVR. Is it possible to access those recorded shows?
Thank you for reaching out! Shows recorded prior to March 21st will still be available/accessible locally from your BlueSky TV, they will not be accessible on FreeRange TV. I have some more details on how the Cloud PVR operates here. Let me know if you have any other questions.
