I have been trying to view channels and movies on my Free Range through Chrome. I keep getting an error message after it tries to reconnect: "Error player.3305.100005"
Thank you for reaching out! There are several reasons why you are noticing that error. Just to rule some things out. Are you able to access FreeRange TV on the App through a mobile device or a different web browser/desktop? Give those steps a quick try and keep me posted.
