Why have my cable boxes not updated with the correct time since the time change early this morning? All three boxes are still reflecting the pre-daylight savings times.
Which models do you have? Try rebooting them, unplug the power for 30 seconds or so
my hd box auto switches to DST automatically
Same problem here. I have two HD PVR's; DCX3400-M and DCT3416. Pulled power/reset on both multiple times, and neither updated to correct DST.

After trying to unplug any reset multiple times I finally ended up calling Shaw who manually made the changes to the boxes. He did say that most of the time the reseting manually fixes the issue but sometimes not. When he reset them it resolved the issue.
Yes, we are in Vancouver and are having the same issue with our HD box. Would you be able to provide a step-by-step instructions here, as we called support and were give the wait time of 20+ minutes...

Cable boxes are still an hour off more than a week after time change. Unplugging them doesn't help and after the last try today, the info bar is now just above the middle of the screen. Also, some standard channels (weather network for instance) are displayed in stretch mode while others are not. Holy pudgy people! Guess I should be grateful that the guide programs seem to be correct even though the times listed are wrong. What can we do about this?

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the cable box displaying the incorrect time! What I'd suggest is to unplug the power from the back of the cable box for a full 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Once it boots back up, you should have the correct time.
If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know if you are with Shaw Cable or Shaw Direct Satellite, and please provide the model number of the cable box you are using. We can take a closer look!
