Hello there guys. I'm having this problem for a month now I guess. I'm not an I.T. guy but i've been searching for answer for Shaw customer service can't give me a suitable answer on my questions to them. I just recently search on my Wan IP, I thought could get some answers out of it. ( And I think I might) I wanted to share this info that I've got from the site mywanip.com. and thought if there's anyone of you out there having the same results as mine. Hope we could help each other on resolving this issue for I am concern if my info has already been compromised.. Thanks!!
