What my question was, are we going to be able to see our messages that were deleted? If so when and how?
I doubt it, if they were able to recover the message, they would be sending it, instead of just date/time, subject, and sender.
Kevin's information is correct, our logs were only able to capture the time, subject and sender information for emails that were lost in the incident window, and this is the reason that we cannot recover and send the content of the emails as well. We already have a discussion for this going here https://community.shaw.ca/thread/4242 and encourage you to keep posting, in order to avoid confusion and keep the discussion going in one place I will be locking this thread.
