Whenever I access the parental controls and the managed devices section, I get this:
I do not possess an xfinity account, and whenever I attempt to make a username I never receive the texts on my phone.
That message should not be showing up. Can you complete a factory reset on your BlueCurve Gateway so it is under factory settings? Once it boots back up, you will need to complete the initial set up here. To access the parental controls, you will need to download the BlueCurve Home App, I have more details on that here.
