I'm still not receving any emails. I can send but cannot receive. What's going on?
Are you getting any errors when you try? What are you using to receive emails?
I tried sending an email from my work email address and it was not received in my shaw email.
What is the Spam filter set to on your Shaw address?
Everything I know, says the issue on the 7th issue is fixed,
How do I find out about the Spam filter?
If it isn't already, try Label message as Spam and keep in Inbox
Give it a few minutes to take effect, then try your message again, see if it is being tagged as spam
