email difficulties / compensation???

As lost and unrecoverable emails have financial or monetary implications to me as a person with a home business, I was curious as to what compensation will be offered to this loyal but disillusioned Shaw customer.  I have not received an email to my Shaw account since 11 AM ... Am I assuming that service is interrupted yet again.  Please reply as my last question was not answered!
