I received two emails from Shaw last night, notifying me about three emails that were deleted on March 7. Now, I know that's not all, because I know for sure about two more emails that I haven't received on Thursday nor I received a notification from you about them being deleted. That's why I don't know how many other emails I'm missing from that day that I don't know about.
My question is simple: can I still expect notifications from you about all other emails that were deleted or you finished all that? If you did, then sadly, you really poorly managed all this. I don't want to be bitter (what is good from that), nor I'm asking about any compensation, but can you PLEASE let me know about ALL (yes ALL) emails that were deleted on March 7.
Sorry for the late response. We would have sent as many as 12 notifications to let you know of which emails were lost. The emails were sent over a period of a few days, ending on March 10.
