Another disruption

I haven't received any emails since 3:34am this morning.  Is there another outage that we don't know about? 


Are customers going to be compensated for the inconveniences of Thursdays outage?  I just spent more time than I needed to trying to contact all of the people who sent me emails on Thursday requesting that they be resent.  My brand new cable box isn't working either and I have to wait the better part of a week for a service tech to come and check it out, after I spent almost an hour on the phone with 'tech support' where the extent of the help was 'turn it off, now turn it back on'.


Very unhappy with Shaw service right now, convince me why I should stay a customer?
