I have been trying to find some answers in the posts since the "lost email" incident. I gave up trying to read them all. Perhaps my questions have already been answered. 1. Is Shaw working on finding a way to retreive the lost/deleted emails or are they gone forever. 2. How do we know the emails were not sent elsewhere or are just lost or deleted? 3. Has anybody else noticed unfamiliar email addresses in the notices Shaw sent regarding the senders of the lost/deleted emails?
