I have confirmed that I am again not receiving many of my incoming emails today. Is Shaw experiencing another disruption in service?
I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered sooner. Apart from the e-mail incident on March 7th, we have not experienced any further disruptions with the service which would cause problems with mail delivery to your inbox. Are you still unable to receive incoming mail? If so, are you checking Webmail or using an e-mail client such as Outlook or Mac Mail? Please let me know if you're getting an error message when you try to receive mail.
