I am on the internet in Mexico and using Microsift Outlook. My incoming mail is working okay but my outgoing mail is staying in my outbox and won't send. How can this be correted?

I would just like to add that if it's still not working after what Kevinds has said, you may have to enable the ability to send messages while not on a shaw network for your mail account, this used to be in Webmail, but I'm having a hard time finding it. You may have to call in to have someone enable it, or go to shaw.ca/chat
Yeah, it isn't in Webmail anymore...
There is no more check box, I believe that by default it's always on, but if your password isn't strong enough it will fail to authenticate with server. See link below

No, I thought that too for awhile, but I have also seen many cases where it had to be requested through an employee to enable on an account, so sometimes it is enabled
