I have also received an email requesting my login and password information. Is this spam or you. I have had very important emails not get sent because of Shaw's failure! What is going on??
Hey bjbamber, we definitely would not request your username and password via email unless you contacted us first and it was integral to solving a problem through troubleshooting (even then, we can just verify the security information on your account and reset your password to something generic instead). Here's some more information for you on identifying suspicious emails:

As for any emails you may have missed on March 7th, we would have already sent you notifications which include an explanation of the situation along with the sender, date/time received and subject of the messages in question.
That is a fake, Shaw wouldn't need your password
