E-mail Interruption Update
Yes this was an incovenience and more serious for others than myself. I lost
one or two important e-mails (one from an employer). Shaw has contacted me and
offered what I consider fair compensation.. (believe me, I drive a tough
bargain). I also believe that Shaw has learned from this screw-up and will try
to get in front of the next problem rather than being reactive. Corporations no
matter what size, need to remember that the consumer is truly the boss. Signing
off and still a Shaw customer......
