Recently was set up with Shaw Gateway. I'm trying to set up my series that i want recorded and receive Error :3305 how can I fix this?
sounds like you have a software mismatch between either a portal or the gateway.
we can manually push the code, or on thursdays there is a process that ensures all boxes are on the right code.
a Moderator can help you out here. They will need your account info via private message to force the latest code release.
