My husband and I both have a Samsung Galaxy SIII. We both have our shaw email coming to our phones and have never had an issue when one of us deletes an email. It stays on the server at home and has not been deleted from the other persons phone until now. We want to be able to read and delete from our own phones but not affect the home computer or the other persons phone. We have tried deleting our shaw accounts on our phones but now it keeps coming up with an error when we try to set up the outgoing settings. "incorrect username and password". We have read through all the guides and followed the instructions for a exchange account as well but no luck.
