How do you keep your emails on the server once they are viewed on computer?
There's normally a setting within the e-mail program on your computer to keep a copy of messages on the server after they've been downloaded to the client. Which e-mail program are you using on your computer, such as Outlook 2010, 2013 or Mac Mail?
