Same as the question, im no longer with shaw but am trying to access old accounts that require that email.

Our email addresses must be tied to an active Internet account for them to work. Chances are if you're no longer with Shaw, your Shaw email addresses aren't active any more. What we usually suggest in these cases is to have us move the email address on to the account of someone you know who does have Shaw Internet, so that it can be activated again.
