Android email Outgoing Authenticating Fail for Shaw email only

My test setup has my desktop, laptop and ASUS Nexus7 tablet all side-by-side on my desk. I cannot send email from the tablet using my Shaw accounts. Gmail works fine, and I can receive emails to all accounts. The account settings for all three devices are identical. My passwords have the required upper, lower case, number and character within the first 8. The Outgoing Settings were confirmed by Joanne on Shaw Support yesterday. Security is STARTTLS.

Error Message is:

Username or password incorrect.

(535 #5.7.0 Authentication failed)
