I had a rep come to my apartment building and tell me I can upgrade from the digital box to an HD PVR, for $15 a month. He told me my package would stay the same. So I had the installation happen this morning only to find out my package had changed to some basic crappy version. Called customer service and they told me they have no idea why the rep would tell me my package would stay the same. Now I can't even get a hold of him, to figure out what is happening. So am I just screwed now? I just want everything to go back the way it was.
