A customer care agent will be able to provide you with a Pre Authroized Debit form. This form can also be mailed/emailed to you at your convenience.

You should just be able to read the infomation to the approperate employee, instead of needing the form, unless you have a specific reason for having the form sent, and sent back.
We used to be able to do that, but the Canadian Payments Association changed their rules a couple of years ago. Now, customers must fill-out a PAD form and fax it or mail it back to us. The only way around this would be if you updated the banking information online as the online form is technically a mini-PAD form.
