Is Shaw going to be compensating all customers who lost email? We had interview changes lost, work shift schedules not received - and notification too late after the fact.

Just got my bill and called SHAW, since I'm STILL retrieving, on my own, emails sent to my shaw account on that day, I called Shaw business customer service.
The Shaw representative started to claim that @shaw addresses are not for business purposes and if I wanted to use an email address for business I should get a domain name. He agreed that there is no prohibition against using an @shaw email address for business so that seemed to be the end of what had, by that time, descended into an argument.
He then said there would be no adjustment on my bill and no compensation for damage and loss I continue to undergo.

They will compensate for the lost of service. They will either offer a few free VODs, a credit for your service or something.else.
They will not compensate you because you lost a million dollar contract.
