all my channels have a "not authorized" except for channel 40 and 41 why??
All TVs? or just one? Or do you only have one TV?
no just the one that is connected to the digital box. The other tv's don' t have a box, just cable and the channels work there.
Have you tried to reset power to the digital box?
1. Unplug the Digital Box
2. Wait 30 Seconds
3. Plug the Digital Box Back In
yes we did unplug for quite a while and plugged it back in. Still nothing. We plugged the cable into the TV directly and it works fine but I only have channels up to 28. I have a package that goes up to the 50's. The digital box only gave me three channels 40,41, and 51. I think that maybe the box is defective?

dprasad is right. I think you've did all you could on your side. I'll send you a private message. Once I have your account info, I can make sure that the digital box is authorized to receive channels.
I finally got thru to shaw on the phone, looks like we were knocked off the server. He fixed it. Thanks Shaw.
