I don't have a dial tone. All lights on the box are flashing except Telephone 1 and I've disconnected and reconnected everything. I think it's probably been out since the windstorm last night. Who do I contact?
Hi myriosa, sorry to hear about your phone service not working. We can help you fix that though.
If you've disconnected the cables and reconnected them (and tried everything else in How to fix no dial tone on all phones issue), can you try disconnecting the power and coaxial cables and then removing the battery from the phone modem as well? We have a document on how to do this here: How to remove the battery from your Digital Phone Terminal . Get the battery and the cables back in after 60 seconds then give it another try.
