For the past 4 to 6 months i get thrown off the internet and the WiFi says that an access route might be broken. I am always able to correct the problem if i turn te wifi off and reset it, but it never stops. i have spoken with Shaw numerous times and they have attempted to fix it. it is just not fixed.
the other question is rather mundane but my keyboard is not working right. example when i try to input a email address and i press shift plus number 2 i should be getting the àt sign, instead i get this: " quotation mark. if you have any idea how to fix this, please let me know
