The response time is a total joke.... How can you offer this product to your customers? I'm sure it's not the hardware but the shaw interface that's at fault.

For example, do you have to wait for the 3200 to respond after pushing buttons on the remote control? Or is that you push in a channel number and it takes a bit of time before it changes to that channel?
Try a quick refresh by pulling the power cord from the 3200 for a half minute. If that doesn't speed it up, please get back to us!
