Will you please correct, the incorrect guide in gateway system, I'm still getting the wrong shows. I set to record Supernatural and it's recorded~>Star Treks
I Wondered why, it takes you guys so long just to correct this kind of issues. I phoned and reported this error to your Gateway dept. whatever you call that, week ago, they said they will going to bring this up to the people responsible.
I only spend at least 2hours of my time in a day, trying to enjoy the entertainment I'm paying for. Having a messed up recording is a big deal for me I hope you guys understand how disappointing and frustrating is that. Please correct this :/
