An email - too large - that I sent days ago keeps resending and resending. I've deleted it and deleted the delete but it keeps trying to send. It's slowing productivity.

That can be corrected by putting your email client in Offline Mode, and then deleting said email from your outbox. The process to do this can vary a bit depending on which email client you're using (Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Mail for example) but it's generally pretty straight forward.
Try clicking File > Work Offline at the top left. Once it's in offline mode, delete the email, then repeat that to take it out of offline mode.

Because it's long since deleted, it wasn't there for me to delete in an offline mode.
It's well and truly constipating my email (outlook for mac) system.
