Still cannot login with original Webmail screen

I have Internet Explorer 10, and updates are set to automatic.

I have not reset Explorer, and the help info that I was given applies to Explorer 8/9 in any case.

Is there any way I can talk to a human working for this Company???

Seriously thinking about switching over to Telus if this BS cannot be resolved.
