Not authorized and time change

Matt@shaw...why are you not posting the fix so everyone can see it and Instead sending private messages to the inbox. I waited 2hrs for a call back from support and of course they called when I had stepped away for ten minutes. Now the shaw phone is not working and this has been going on all night!
