I recently tried to order a TV episode through my Shaw on Demand app and when I went into On Demand on my TV, there was nothing in the orders list. I also can't order On Demand TV is HD, only SD. How do I fix this?
It's possible that we don't have MPEG-4 capability in your area quite yet, so some content such as Prime Time TV will be available in SD only. If you're not able to see the order in the My Orders section of VOD on your cable box, try adding the title to your Wishlist and then checking that section; it should be there.
