Phone - No Dial Tone (Calgary) Mar 27/13

Hi Community

 

Some customers in different areas of Calgary may be experiencing a loss of dial tone. We are currently investigating the cause of these issues and are working towards a fix. In the meantime you should be able to restore your dial tone by a reset of your Shaw Phone Modem:

Here are the two fastest methods to reset your Phone modem:

 

1) Pin hole reset doc: How to perform a DPT Pin-hole Reset

2) Powercycle doc: How to remove the battery from your Digital Phone Terminal
